Professor Yuk-fai Fong is the Associate Dean and Academic Director of the HKUST EMBA Program, with joint appointments as a Professor in Economics at HKUST Business School. Prior to HKUST, he was appointed as a Professor of Management and Strategy with joint appointments in Economics at HKU. Professor Fong received his BSSc and MPhil in Economics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and later his PhD in Economics from Boston University.

房育輝教授是香港科技大學EMBA課程的副院長和學術主任，同時也是香港科技大學商學院的經濟學教授。在加入香港科技大學之前，他曾被任命為香港大學的管理與戰略學教授，並兼任經濟學教授。房教授於香港中文大學取得經濟學學士學位和碩士學位，並於波士頓大學取得經濟學博士學位。

Dr. Charleston Sin is Executive Director of mCommerce Online, an AI application company. Dr. Sin studied Innovation Management and received his PhD in Management Sciences at The University of Waterloo in Canada. Dr. Sin was Executive Director of Massachusetts Institute of Technology Hong Kong Innovation Node. Prior to joining MIT, Dr. Sin held executive positions in research and development, product management, and sales and marketing at VMware, Cisco Systems, and Nortel Networks in the United States, Canada, Asia Pacific, and Greater China. He is Professor of Practice in the Faculty of Business at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Adjunct Associate Professor of the Faculty of Business and Economics, and Parttime Lecturer of Institute of China Business of the University of Hong Kong. He is a member of the Board of Director, and Chair of Entrepreneurship Committee of Cyberport Management Hong Kong.

Mr.David Quah is a seasoned financial professional with more than 25 years of experience in asset management, exchange‑traded funds (ETFs), big‑data‑driven and quantitative products. In his current role at Silver Nile Global Investments Limited—formerly FUTEC Financial Group—he oversees multi‑asset allocation and portfolio management for professional investors across equities, bonds, ETFs, funds, private equity, and real estate. He also acts as a Responsible Officer licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) for Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) activities. Prior to joining Silver Nile, Mr.Quah held senior positions including Managing Director, Quantitative Investment Solutions and Value Partners Asset Management Malaysia at Value Partners Group, one of Hong Kong’s leading independent asset managers; Head of ETF at Mirae Asset Global Investments (Hong Kong); Nearly two decades at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) in policy, product development, information services, trading, and client services. Earlier in his career he served at the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong and taught at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also interned at the World Bank’s Industry Development Department in Washington, D.C. Mr.Quah holds an MBA from the International University of Japan and completed executive education at INSEAD.

Mr. Samuel Ho is the Executive Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of South East Asia Tickrs Financial Singapore Pte Ltd where he currently oversees the Group’s global wealth management business as well as the business’s expansion plans in Southeast Asia. Prior to joining South East Asia Tickrs Financial Singapore Pte Ltd, Samuel was the Chief Executive Officer of Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Berhad, having held this position since 2018. Prior to this, Samuel was an Associate Director in the Chicago Mercantile Exchange’s Singapore office and served several senior positions in Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX). During his time in HKEX, Samuel was Head of Participant Relations and Head of Participant Management under the Global Market Division, Deputy Head of China Client & Marketing Services, Head of Commodities, Derivatives & LME Marketing Market Development. Samuel was also Executive Director of KGI Hong Kong and Singapore where he kickstarted the global business for KGI and he sat on the Board of Directors in KGI Singapore. Prior to that, Samuel began his career as a floor trader on the Singapore International Monetary Exchange before kickstarting his time at HSBC Futures. Across his 30 years of experience in the financial industry, Samuel has been heavily involved in extensive business development work where he has dedicated his career towards the development of the capital market.

Mr. Manoonrat Lertkomolsuk brings over three decades of leadership experience in finance, asset management, and public sector banking. He was formerly the President of the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME Bank), where he managed 94 branches and over 1,700 employees, promoting SME growth in line with government policies. His previous roles include Managing Director of ING Mutual Funds Management (Thailand), EVP of First Bangkok City Finance and Securities, VP at Bank of Asia, and directorships at ING Asset Management (Thailand), Thai-Zurich Insurance, and SME Bank. He also founded businesses in the U.S. and Thailand. Mr. Manoonrat holds a B.Sc. in Finance from San Diego State University and an Associate Degree from Grossmont College, California.

Oliver Ng is a financial service veteran of over 30 years. Currently, Oliver is the CEO of Aegis PrimeLimited, a US Company licensed by SEC as a Qualified Custodian for Cryptos. Aegis Prime isengaged in the business of providing Digital Asset custody solutions to Banks and Broker Dealersand Tokenization of Real-World Assets for distribution by Wealth Managers. Prior to joining AegisPrime, Oliver had worked at BOCI Securities for 23 years with his last title as a Managing Directorand Co-Head of Equity Sales and Derivatives Division, which covers: private wealth management,equity derivatives, agency trading and corporate brokerage. In the businesses under his leadershipand supervision, they have had a successful track record of revenue growth since 2004, near zerobad debt, and a clean compliance record from Regulators.

Aside from his work duties, Oliver has taken up industry roles, most notably as a Member of theHKSAR Election Committee (Financial Services Subsector) and Honorary Chairman of The HongKong Association of Online Brokers. Oliver grew up in Canada and graduated from Simon FraserUniversity with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He was transferred to Hong Kong in 1996 byhis former employer, TD Waterhouse, which was part of Toronto Dominion Bank, to set up an OnlineRetail Brokerage business for US and Canadian Stocks.

Kevin Leung is currently the managing director of Dragon Legend Capital, managing risks and portfolios for funds which invests in stocks, futures in Hong Kong, US, Singapore, Japan and China. He received his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from HKU, and Master of Business and Administration from HKUST. After his graduation, he first joined Andersen Consulting as System Consultant, and later, JP Morgan as Equity Derivatives Trader, and Macquarie as Head of Volatility Trading. He has more than 20 years of experience in application development of trading systems and equity derivative trading. Kevin has also founded AlphaShield Capital Co. Ltd in 2014 and Bali Securities in 2009 which specialize in option market making of stock options in Hong Kong.

Irene OL Wong, CPA, CGMA, is the Founder of IX Capital International Limited, (with previous name “IX Asia Indexes Company Limited”) and IX Fintech Group Limited, two companies specialized in financial products and trading (including digital assets), with award-winning Fintech platforms and solutions, such as the ixOption Platform and the ixCrypto Index. She has over 25 years’ experience in the finance industry doing hedge fund trading, indexing, and creating financial products. Prior to founding IX Fintech Group and IX Capital International, Irene served as Head of Trading at various global hedge funds, Head of the Hang Seng Index Company, and Senior Vice president of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Some of her achievements include the HKEX Stock Options Revamp Project, obtaining no-action relief on stock options products from the US and Taiwan SEC, FTSE/ Hang Seng Index Series project and executing a record number of contracts on the Hang Seng Index Options when she served as an open out-cry floor trader at Morgan Stanley during the 1997 Asian financial crisis . Between 2001 and 2003, Irene managed the operations and business development of the Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited. She is currently a member of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Fintech and Regtech task forces.

Mr. Kiatchai Sophastienphong is a highly qualified senior banker with over 30 years of senior managerial experience at leading financial institutions engaged in commercial, development, investment and central banking. He also had three years of hands-on and extensive involvement in formulating government’s policies as the Vice Minister at the Ministry of Finance. His technical competences include capital market development, corporate governance, financial architecture, project finance, commercial banking, Investment banking, bank regulation and supervision, central bank modernization, state bank restructuring and privatization, micro and SME finance, financial infrastructure, corporate debt restructuring.
